Chef Mark Moriarty loves to cook simple and wholesome dishes when he’s off the clock and not in his chef whites. Mark aims to inspire the home cook to get the foundations right with tips from the professional kitchen. Using ingredients we have at home, Mark creates simple recipes and delivers how-to segments on the basics of cooking.

Filmed across all four provinces and revealing fascinating ancient continental-jigsaw connections with international locations in Newfoundland and Norway, what a fascinating story we have to tell!

MY UNI LIFE
New Decade. 2020.

In “My Uni Life” we meet 7 students at various stages of their university journey who all share one common experience: getting to and through university despite personal challenges. They represent just 7 out of thousands of students each year whose desire for third level education is facilitated and supported by the Access and Disability programmes run by IUA Universities.  Their stories are positive and uplifting.

Martin's Shed

MC has decided to hack onto the airwaves and broadcast from her parents' shed hidden deep in Co Laois. However, said shed has a resident: Martin, who refuses to leave! MC and Martin form an unlikely friendship as they share viewers' fun submissions.

Explorer/adventurer, Kate Leeming has cycled the equivalent of twice around the world at the Equator.  Kate's incredible Expedition - A ten month, 22,040km journey across Africa from Point des Almadies, Senegal to Cape Hafun, Puntland, Somalia in a continuous line. Completed on August 16th 2010, is believed to be a world first achievement.
When Kate  set off to cycle across Africa, from west to east on a bicycle, she was not only on a physical quest, but also on an odyssey to highlight the development needs of war torn and poverty stricken nations. What she discovered would change her life forever.
